Where is your retail store located ?
We do not have any retail Bewawa.com outlets; However, we do own a two floor warehouse in Markham, Ontario which is our primary order processing facility. It is located at 7725 Birchmount Road, Unit #3. You are welcome to stop by and pick-up your order if you'd like, however we would ask that you call us first so that we can verify on-hand availability of the item(s) you are looking to purchase.

What is GTA Same Day Local Delivery ?
Unlike most online shopping websites we understand that people want to receive their products as soon as possible and do not want to pay extra for shipping, which is why we employ couriers across the GTA region. We offer FREE SAME DAY DELIVERY between 5PM-10:30PM 6 days per week (Mon-Sat).

How long will you be offering free delivery within the GTA ?
ALWAYS FREE & FOREVER!

If your offering free in the GTA delivery there must be some type of order minumum ?
ABSOLUTELY NOT! you can purchase an item on our website for $0.99 and we will show up to your house or business to deliver.

When you say 'GTA Region', what areas does that cover ?

*postal codes beginning with L4E are excluded from our free delivery zone.

What is the order cut-off time for GTA same day delivery ?
Currently 3 PM is our 'official' cut off time, however we do our best to continue to process orders until 4:00-4:30PM.

What is the order cut-off time for deliveries by standard couriers ?
Currently 5 PM (EST) is our 'official' cut off time, we ship by UPS, Purolator, FedEx, and Canada Post.

How can I buy from you ?
The easiest way is to complete an online checkout, however you can also place an order by phone at 416-900-2540.

What is your sales/return policy ?
We accept full NO QUESTIONS ASKED refunds for 15 days.
If your within the GTA region and used our evening delivery service, we will even send out one of our couriers to issue you a refund and collect the product from you.
Due to recent return abuse we require all refunds to be inspected at our warehouse before we can issue out a refund
Alternatively you can also come into our warehouse and return your product(s) and we will issue you a refund on the spot.
If you do not live within the GTA region and wish to return your product please contact customer care to arrange for a return.
We will replace a defective product within the first 30 days, after which a product must be sent to the manufacturer for repair.

Bewawa.com is a reasonably new business of a larger company, which has been in the computer sales & service industry for over 15 years. Bewawa's parent company owns a two floor warehouse which acts as Bewawa's primary shipping & order processing facility.

How can you sell your products for such low prices ?
We have been in the industry for over 15 years and have highly experienced purchasing staff, as well as good relationships with product manufacturers and vendors who we purchase with. All of the products that we sell are NEW with FULL WARRANTY unless otherwise stated.
