Note: Items marked as SPECIAL ORDER no not apply for our 15-day return policy. Our standard-30 day product replacement warranty still applies.
All products sold by Bewawa.com are 'new in the box' product unless otherwise stated and carry a full manufacturer warranty. Bewawa.com will provide DOA (Dead On Arrival) warranty for 30 days (from the date of shipment) for all product that we sell (see warranty notes for additional details). The majority of the product that we sell is provided in a full retail box, however Bewawa.com is an OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) reseller; As such some product may not be delivered in a retail box. We pass on any product savings from purchasing product in bulk/OEM format to our customers.
Bewawa.com makes it's best attempt to ensure the product information and images shown on our website are accurate, although the majority of the information is provided by 3rd party sources and may contain inaccuracies. Please conduct proper research prior to product purchase, Bewawa.com takes no liability for information and/or pricing inaccuracies. We reserve the right to correct any pricing inaccuracies at time of purchase/order processing. In the event that there was a pricing related error with your order and it results in a bill larger then originally quoted from our website we will contact you prior before any additional charges are made. On occasion we may place select product on 'final sale' or 'clearance', if you have purchased one of these products and have received a defective unit please contact the manufacturer for warranty services.
Our Prices We strive to you the most competitive pricing in Canada on all the products that we sell. Although we do not have an official price matching policy if you found a product on our website that that is higher then another Canadian website, please feel free to contact a sales agent prior to purchase.
On occasion we may list prices after 'Mail-in Rebate' or 'Instant Rebate', instant rebates are applied directly at checkout. If an item has a mail-in rebate applied to it's pricing, you must pay the amount prior to rebate as well as any and all taxes that apply to the amount before rebate.

Any orders placed online generally ship within 24-48hrs, certain products may state longer delivery times and may delay the shipment of your order. Payment must be verified before we can ship your order. Payments made through Visa, MasterCard, verifiable certified cheques are virtually instant and shouldn't cause any delays in shipping your order. Making payments through, money order, un-certified cheques, and unverifiable certified cheques may delay your order from being processed. Once your payment has been verified we will ship your order as soon as possible. We currently offer shipping through Canada Post and UPS services. Shipment tracking information will be provided when available. Shipping methods and costs may vary by area. Return Policy All products sold by Bewawa.com can be returned for a FULL REFUND within 15 of shipment/invoice date, minus shipping/handling costs. To be eligible for a full refund the product must be in factory condition and include original accessories, documentation, and packaging. Bewawa.com is not responsible for any hardware compatibility issues with your machine, please do appropriate research on the product you are purchasing prior to purchase. Defective Product Defective products carry a 30 DOA (Dead On Arrival) product replacement warranty. If believe you have received a defective product please contact us. All packaging materials, documentation, box contents must be included with your return, missing contents will result in a refusal of your RMA. Any product mis-use or physical damage will void your warranty please ensure to follow installation instructions/guidelines (if applicable) properly. If have a defective product product that was purchased longer then our DOA replacement program permits please contact the manufacturer directly. Many vendors supply advance replacements, or in some cases will ship you a new product; Turnaround times are generally faster then we are able to offer directly.
